As a registered dietitian and certified health & wellness coach, I believe that optimal health should be within everyone's reach no matter where they are.
Through personalized virtual sessions, I guide individuals on their wellness journey, equipping them with the knowledge and strategies to make lasting, impactful lifestyle choices. My mission is to empower clients to take charge of their health, transforming wellness one session at a time.

What services are offered?
K.A.Y. Wellness provides personalized nutrition and lifestyle coaching through virtual sessions, helping you achieve your health goals from anywhere.
Together, we can focus on nutrition, exercise, work/life balance, and/or stress management. We can review labs and discuss strategies for improvement (eating habits, activity, supplements if needed).
How do virtual sessions work?
Our virtual sessions are conducted via a video conferencing sent to you via a link when it's time for your appointment, allowing you to connect with me in real-time.
Is my insurance accepted?
I am licensed in several states and credentialed with various insurances. It would be best to submit your information through the scheduling link and a member from the team will verify your insurance.
Not covered? No problem! I also accept self-pay and special pricing for wellness coaching visits. Submit an inquiry below and I will be happy to work with you on a plan that works for you!
What if I have dietary restrictions?
I take dietary restrictions seriously and will work with you to develop a plan that accommodates your needs while still promoting overall wellness.
